Return and Exchange Window:

• Initiation: Kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
• Shipment: Please ensure the item is shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Order Cancellation:

• Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need to cancel your order before it has shipped. We are happy to accommodate cancellations at this stage.

Conditions for Returns:

• Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Any damage or alteration to the item may result in a reduction of the refund amount commensurate with the loss in value.

Addressing Shipping and Delivery Concerns:

• Incorrect Shipping Address: If an incorrect shipping address was provided, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation before dispatch.
• Returned Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other delivery issues, a re-shipping fee of $5 will be applied in addition to the standard postage cost. This fee helps to offset the charges imposed by US/International brokers, which can be substantial. Please note that this fee will be waived if the error is on our end.
