Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:
Canadian Orders:
Are shipped Canada Post Letter Mail unless you have upgraded your shipping these orders are not trackable. These orders take between 2 –14 business days to be delivered usually.

USA Orders:
Are shipped USPS first class mail and usually take 4-8 business days to be delivered. While we are located in Canada, we ship USA orders through USPS by using a broker Chit Chats Express. There are no duties, taxes, or other charges due upon delivery! Please keep in mind that tracking does take a few days to become live, if it is marked shipped it is on it's way!

International Orders:
Are usually shipped through your own postal system by using a broker Chit Chats Express. This can vary in length of time depending on the country but usually takes 2-4 weeks most countries do have tracking but please reach out to us if you need your order tracked or by a certain date.

We strongly suggest reaching out to us to see about upgrading your shipping if you have a strict deadline, or if you are very anxious to get your order. Our shipping upgrades are available after the checkout process as well as during checkout. Please keep in mind that it is not fair to hold me responsible for any delays by our postal systems :)
