How long will it take to get my order

It depends on where you are. Order delivery will take on average 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How should I care for my new jewelry

CARE OF YOUR NEW JEWELRY:

Jewelry really shouldn’t be exposed to make up, sprays, perfumes, soap & lotions as the plating can be worn off. It is recommended that you take your jewelry off to swim, shower, and sleep.

When you are not wearing your sterling silver or silver plated jewelry you should store it in an air tight zip-lock bag – this will help.

If your jewelry does tarnish you can always gently scrub it off with an old toothbrush and toothpaste then rinse with water but dry thoroughly immediately afterwards.

LASER ENGRAVED CHARMS:
Remove protective covering on the charm; clean any packaging residue with a lint free soft cloth and vinegar.

GIFT Wrapping and packaging

Every order is packaged in a cute organza gift bag ready to give as a gift, care instructions are included for jewelry.

You can have your gift sent directly to your loved one with a customized note attached. It’s easy, just add gift wrapping of your choice to your order when you checkout. Options are found in the “ADD-ON / UPGRADE / EXTRAS / GIFT WRAPPING” section.

Please note when gift wrapping is purchased for Canadian and International orders it will be sent in a gift bag instead of a wrapped box as the box requires more costly shipping to be purchased.

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me with any custom or personalized order requests. I have new supplies arriving weekly so I usually have more items in stock then I have time to list so please ask me if there is something you are looking for 🙂

I am happy to make substitutions so if you see something in my shop you would rather than what is listed please leave me a note upon payment.

What if I put the wrong address

If you notice the address you entered for the SHIP TO is wrong, please contact me right away.

If your order has been shipped back to me (bounced back) there is an additional $5 reship fee along with the postage cost again (unless it was my fault :). These fees are less than my actual costs as the US/International brokers charge a large fee for returning your order back to me.
